Mahoning SWCD to Hold Annual Meeting on October 31st

 

Canfield, OH — The Mahoning County Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to announce the details for our 2024 Annual Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, October 31, 2024. This year’s event will be held at the Colonial Inn inside the Canfield Fairgrounds, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a complimentary catered breakfast available for attendees. During the event, Mahoning SWCD will honor our longtime friend and supporter, Bev Fisher, who served as the Fair Manager of the Canfield Fairgrounds for 33 years.

The Annual Meeting is a chance for the community to learn about the district’s conservation efforts, current programs, and plans for the future. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the election of the SWCD Board of Supervisors.
