As a public service, the district office makes these equipment items available for rent. (Please note that lessees are not permitted to use fertilizer in any rental equipment.)
Haybuster 77 Seven-Foot No-Till Drill: A 50-minute HP tractor with hydraulic fittings is recommended to operate this drill. Rental rates start at $13.00 per acre, plus a $35.00 minimum usage and delivery fee.
John Deere 7000 Two-Row Corn Planter: A 50-minute HP tractor with 3-point hitch is recommended to operate this planter. Rental rates start at $60.00 per day. Lessor is responsible for pick up at the district office.
Tufline SF 500 Series Spreader: Works with a riding mower or four-wheeler with a 1 7/8” ball and doesn’t require a tractor. Rental rates start at $35.00 per day, plus a $35.00 delivery fee.
Tufline ATVD Series 2 Cultivator: Works with a riding mower or four-wheeler with a 1 7/8” ball and doesn’t require a tractor. Rental rates start at $35.00 per day, plus a $35.00 delivery fee.
Kings Sprayer 25-gallon with 4-foot Boom and Wand: Works with a riding mower or four-wheeler with pin hitch and doesn’t require a tractor. User will have to calibrate the sprayer accordingly for their application. The sprayer has alligator clips to run the electric sprayer pump. Rental rates start at $35.00 per day, plus a $35.00 delivery fee.
