Mahoning SWCD to Host Land Development Workshop
CANFIELD, OHIO — The Mahoning County Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) is excited to announce a Land Development Workshop aimed at guiding prospective homebuyers and builders through the essential steps of evaluating and selecting land for residential or commercial development in Mahoning County. This event will take place on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Canfield Library, located at 43 W Main St, Canfield, Ohio.
The Land Development Workshop is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions when purchasing land. The workshop will cover a range of critical topics, including parcel information, permits, environmental considerations, septic regulations, and drainage and erosion control.
